    The Pathfinder Initiative is led by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and funded by the Wellcome Trust with support from the Oak Foundation. Partners of the first phase of research were C40 Cities, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), CDP, the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN).
